Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us before sending anything back.

Change of mind returns

For online purchases, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order in accordance with UK consumer law.

Where possible, items should be returned in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or alternative clothing item, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange an exchange, subject to availability.

Any price difference will be handled before the replacement item is issued.

Refunds

Where a refund is required under UK consumer law, refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Approved refunds will normally be processed after the returned item has been received and checked.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. We will arrange an appropriate solution in line with your consumer rights.
