Bike Show Timeline – August 2025

• Main set up in the park – Friday 15th, Saturday 16th
• Bike show – Sunday 17th
• Take down Monday 18th, Tuesday 19th

Thank you for showing an interest in the Bike Show.

We need volunteers for many tasks e.g. 

• Tombola and raffle stall
• Food stall
• Bucket collectors
• Putting out roadside and directional banners
• Marshalling in the park and the ride in
• Erecting and dismantling the marquee
• Security
